You Are What You Eat

If you think what you are putting into your life is anything different than what you are getting out of it – think again.

I cannot tell you how many people I hear complaining about all of the things that they DO NOT WANT. And that is all they talk about. I don’t want this, I don’t want that. Really? That’s funny because that is all you are getting.

Okay. So if you really don’t want all these things and that is all you are getting can I challenge you to do something different than what you are doing now? I mean, what you are doing isn’t working right?

Take a few minutes and figure out what you do want in your life. What do you want to attract? What kinds of things would you like to have? How would your daily life look if you could be, do or have whatever it is your heart desires. If you own a business, how many hours would you be working? What functions would be doing in that role? How much money do you need to make to feel satisfied?

Close your eyes. Envision all of these things. Smile. Feel them inside and out.
Now make a simple change and start replacing all of your negative thinking and all of your ‘don’t wants’ with these images. Get crystal clear on where you want to go and what you want to be, do or have.

Stop reacting to things and filter what you put into your life and who you hang around. If you hang around a bunch of negative people that choose to see all the evil, poverty and problems with the world that is all you will see too. If you hang around people who see the prosperity, abundance and beauty you will begin to see that as well.

Being successful in any area of your life means that you have to control your thinking, your beliefs and your actions. YOU HAVE THE POWER TO CONTROL EVERY THOUGHT YOU THINK!

So if all you are eating is junk food, you are going to feel like junk. If you are eating healthy, rich and vibrant foods that nourish your soul you will then feel healthy, rich and nourished.

Remember – you have a choice and you are what you eat.
